What materials are your socks made of?
We use the highest quality yarns that are all sustainable and OKEO-Tex certified, free from harmful substances in production: Bamboo Socks (68% bamboo viscose, 11% cotton, 18% polyester, 3% spandex), Combed Cotton Socks (78% extra long staple combed cotton, 20% polyamide, 2% elastane), Ankle Cotton Socks (78% cotton, 18% polyester, 3% rubber, 1% spandex).
What are the customisation options available?
Send us some inspiration or examples of what you have in mind, along with your logo or design in PDF or .ai format, and we'll create mock-ups for you.
Are there any restrictions on the artwork or images used?
We will not produce any socks that infringe on copyright or intellectual property rights of others. We also reserve the right to reject partnerships with organisations or designs that don't fit our values.
Is there a limit to the number of colours in a design?
We can do as many as 8 different colour yarns per sock. For clearer knitting, we recommend no more than 5 colours per line horizontally.
Do you offer customisation for packaging or labels?
Yes, we offer custom co-branded labels with your logo, messaging, branding fonts, colours and even trackable QR codes. This can impact minimum orders and turnaround time. We also offer custom bookmarks and other fully bespoke packaging — just let our team know what you have in mind.
Can I see a proof or sample before placing an order?
Yes, we'll send you digital proofs for approval before we go into production. Depending on deadlines and quantity, a physical sample might be possible too.
How long do custom socks take?
We can do co-branded socks in as little as 2 weeks globally, though we ideally ask for 3–6 weeks to source yarns and set up machines. Embroidery and customised packaging typically take 5–8 weeks from final sign-off, depending on design and quantity.
Can I request a rush order for a tight deadline?
We offer expedited production. Submit an inquiry with as much detail as possible and we'll get in touch with you asap.
What is the pricing structure for custom socks?

Are there additional charges for custom designs or logos?
We don't believe in hidden fees. There's no charge at all for custom design work or revisions — we only need your logo in vector or .svg format to work on mock-ups, or we can send our design template if you have an in-house designer. No surprises, just great socks.
